These terms explain how enquiries, quotes, bookings, and heating or plumbing appointments are handled by Premier Heating.
Quotes
Prices are confirmed on request. Boiler type, fault symptoms, parts, access, parking, travel, appliance count, property layout, and the condition of heating or plumbing systems can affect the final quote.
Appointments
Salford, Manchester and wider appointments are confirmed before travel. Availability depends on the requested area, access, job size, and route planning. If the job details change, we will explain any revised options before carrying out extra chargeable work.
Payments
Payment is by bank transfer or cash unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payment details are confirmed with the quote or appointment.
Service Results
We aim to complete heating and plumbing work to the agreed scope. Some faults require parts, further investigation, manufacturer support, or replacement advice. We give realistic advice before work starts where risks are visible.
